1700 Fruit Tarts

In the kitchen house of the Governor's Palace, their was a cook who prepared exactly what they ate there in the 1700. This is the dessert: a pistachio pudding*, fruit jam tarts and the jam itself.

* I can't remember what he called the pistachio dish, but he did say it was very similar to modern day pudding. I think it was a type of custard.
